Our philosophy
Dunlin Bar opened in Innsbruck in 2020 and stands for handcrafted fruit wines, fruit vermouths and innovative cocktails.
In the centre of attention, we put our house-made products, created from carefully selected seasonal fruits. Every single step — from fermentation to maturation — takes place in our own production. The focus stays on quality, character and traceability of the handcrafted ingredients.
Our fruit wines and fruit vermouths form the base of our signature cocktails and create taste experiences you’ll find only at Dunlin Bar.

From the fruit to an outstanding experience.
We work with seasonal fruits, natural processes and give them plenty of time. The result: house-made fruit wines and fruit vermouths that define our cocktails.

Our menu is organised into themes, each dedicated to a single fruit or ingredient. With these ingredients we create signature cocktails — with and without alcohol — as well as outstanding fruit wines.
